Cleaning and Disinfecting
To simply revive your old tired driveway or patio, Paving Doctor uses industry-leading cleaning machinery and chemicals. No need for any preparation on your side. Paving Doctor will come in and move all of your patio furniture and pots to prepare for your clean. We use our 4000psi pressure cleaning machinery to strip out all of the weeds, algae and moss from your paving. Stubborn stains and the dreaded “Black spot” are not a problem.
We use the best in chemical treatment to eradicate those annoyances. At the end of your clean, we disinfect the entire area and leave you with 1-gallon bottle of our “Paving Doctor disinfectant fluid,” complete with maintenance instructions so that you can keep your paving in tip-top condition. All walls are washed down, windows cleaned, and pots and furniture put back where you would like them.
Cleaning Block Paving:
If you are having your block paving cleaned, there is an additional stage to the job. Once we have completed the cleaning and disinfecting, we come back on the next available dry day to replenish the kiln dried sand between the blocks. We also give you the option to have a premium “Weed inhibiting kiln dried sand.”
